Duc Binh Tay Commune was established in 1992, separated from Duc Binh Commune, divided into 5 villages and hamlets. With a total area of ​​2955.13 ha, a population of 1024
households, 3934 people, it is a mountainous commune located in the Northeast along National Highway 19c, 12km from the town center of Song Hinh district. The commune Party Committee has 09 affiliated Party cells (including 05 village Party cells, 02 school Party cells, 01 Medical Party cell, 01 Military Party cell) with 131 Party members participating in
activities, of which 120 are official Party members, 11 are probationary Party members. There are 48 female Party members and 27 Party members are ethnic minorities. The Commune Military Command
consists of 04 comrades; the village team leader consists of 05 comrades. The political system from commune to
village is constantly being consolidated and improved, and the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization are being enhanced, focusing on strictly implementing Regulation No. 59-QD/TW, dated
December 22, 2016 of the 12th Politburo on Party organization in the Vietnam People's Army. The results of effective leadership and direction are thanks to basic advantages such as: military
